Welcome to my blog-I hope you enjoy!

Cross Bracelets

I was going though my old jewelry junk box and came across these crosses so decided to make some bracelets, and  here they are.  The only hard part was making a curve in the cross so they would lay across the wrist.  I was worried they might break.  So lucky they didn't.

Altered Coffin

Our group Art For The Creative Mind has a altered coffin swap.  This is my altered coffin.
He is a very dashing fellow and has his small friend with him.  I enjoyed doing this swap and I Can't wait to see what I received.  I just know it is going to be fantastic.

Dream Banner

This was fun-Debbie sent me the beveled glass and the linen Letters. I joined the glass with the letters dream. I painted the brass and place in the oven for  about 20 minutes.  I used the brass to embellish the frames.  Added some rhinestones Debbie also sent.  Aged the chain and put them together.  I love this banner-dream is one of my favorite words.

With A Little Brass & Crystals

I had this brass ring that Debbie had sent me and I painted and made a few holes and added a chain for hanging and some vintage crystals.

Cone With German Glass Gliitter

I received this large cone (about 16"tall) from Debbie Hodge.  Part of one of her kits.  It is made with German glass glitter and with brass findings.  The top edge is soldier and brass findings to hold the ribbon for hanging.  I have to decide what I will fill it with.  Love the packages that come from Debbie.

Bottle Angels

Here are some angels I created with a porcelain doll head and paper clay for their bodies.  I added some treasures in the bottles and then place their heads and made their bodies.  I try to make angels every year for our Holiday house.

Doll Chest

I found this doll chest in a junk store.  I refinish it.  I wish I had a Little Grand Daughter, mine is 17 now.  But I had fun redoing it.  I added some hangers and the hat boxes.  I will be putting it in our Holiday House so I hope some special little girl gets it for Christmas.

Christmas

I was in Wal Mart a while back and they had these lid inserts on sale for a package of 12 for a dollar.  I love that they already had the red checked on the lids.  So quick and easy added images and a little decoration and how I have some cute Christmas decorations to sale at the Christmas House this year.  I should  have bought a few more packages.   Oh well.

KEY BOX
