A Little Steam Punk

 Love making these hats.  Started with paper macho and painted and stress them.
 Used swimming goggles painted and stress them.
 Then the fun begins-embellishing them.

    These are some of the coolest steampunk tophats I've seen! They out-mad the Mad Hatter! Wonderful detailing and attention.
